Behind the Scenes: Helping YumLit Bring Their Kickstarter Campaign to Life

At Get Reel, one of the best parts of what we do is helping local organizations and businesses tell their stories in a way that feels authentic and memorable.

Recently we had the opportunity to work with YumLit, a local company based right here in Lacey, Washington, on a commercial promoting their upcoming Kickstarter campaign.

This project was especially fun because it combined studio production, product storytelling and one of the most important ingredients for creating genuine reactions on camera: kids.

Working with children always brings unpredictable energy to a shoot, but that authenticity creates moments that simply can’t be scripted.

Projects like this remind us why supporting local businesses matters. There are innovative companies being built right here in Lacey and throughout the South Sound.
